02Information We Collect
We collect: (a) your email address and password hash for authentication; (b) billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details); (c) usage data such as instance creation times and resource consumption.
03How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process payments; (c) send important service notifications; (d) prevent abuse.
04Data Storage
Your account data is stored in our database. Instance data (agent configurations, files, chat history) is stored on encrypted persistent volumes. All data is hosted in the European Union.
05API Keys
AI provider API keys you configure are stored within your instance's persistent volume and are not accessible to our team. They are never transmitted outside of your instance.
06Cookies & Analytics
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to collect aggregate, IP-truncated statistics about which pages are used. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you opt in; we run Google Consent Mode in a default-deny state, honor Global Privacy Control signals, and do notuse Google Signals, ads, or remarketing. You can review or change your choices at any time via the “Cookie settings” control, and withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies. A full list of cookies and their purposes is available in that settings panel.
07Third Parties
We use Stripe for payment processing (its privacy policy applies to billing data) and Google Analytics for the consented, aggregate usage statistics described above. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any third parties other than those named in this policy.
08Data Deletion
You may delete your instances at any time, which removes the associated persistent volumes. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.
